Pickup Responsibility

Laundry must be left in a safe, accessible location. Apartment customers must meet at the entrance.

Delivery Responsibility

Standard delivery requires customer availability. Contactless delivery requires pre-payment.

Pricing Rules

Wash–dry–fold is charged per kg with a $40 minimum. Doonas and blankets are charged per item. Ironing is charged per item.

Bag Usage

Bags must be used correctly and returned each cycle. Replacement fees apply.

Missed Deliveries

Driver waits up to 10 minutes. A $5 re-delivery fee applies. Same-day retry subject to route availability.

Pocket Checks

Customers must empty pockets. Washaholics is not responsible for damage caused by items left inside.

Delicates

Customers must notify Washaholics of delicate or special-care items.

Ironing Surcharges

Additional charges for delicate or complex garments will be confirmed before processing.

Sneaker Cleaning Disclaimer

Sneaker cleaning is a basic clean, not a restoration service. Results vary by shoe condition.

Unclaimed Laundry

Laundry unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of.

Liability Limit

Any approved compensation is limited to the service value of the affected item.
