HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Book your pickup via WhatsApp, phone call or email.
We confirm your pickup time, services and delivery type.
CLEANING & PROCESSING
Clothes are weighed for wash–dry–fold
Items are counted for ironing and sneakers
Doonas and blankets are sized
Any questions are confirmed before processing
PICKUP RULES
Houses / Townhouses / Duplexes / Granny Flats
Laundry must be left in a safe, sheltered and accessible location such as a porch or carport.
Apartments / Units
Customers must meet the driver at the main building entrance.
Washaholics does not enter buildings, hallways or use lifts.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
Standard deliveries are scheduled in advance so we can plan our routes and delivery windows.
Standard deliveries are booked the day before delivery
Laundry is picked up at the agreed time
Laundry is then delivered the following day within a 2-hour delivery window
Afternoon Pickup Exception:
If your laundry is picked up later in the afternoon, delivery will take place the next day, not the same day.
You will receive a message before delivery confirming your delivery window.
Someone must be home to receive standard delivery, as payment is collected on delivery.

Your laundry is picked up and processed
After processing, we send a Stripe invoice via WhatsApp or SMS
Payment is required before delivery
Once payment is confirmed, we send your delivery ETA
Laundry is left in the agreed safe location
Delivery presentation:
Ironed items are hung neatly in garment covers
Folded items are placed inside the Clean Bag
Once delivered, Washaholics is not responsible for loss or theft

Must be booked before 12pm
$10 surcharge
Delivered before 10pm

BAG POLICY
Each customer receives:
1 × Dirty Laundry Bag
1 × Clean Delivery Bag
Rules:
Dirty bag for dirty laundry only
Clean bag for clean laundry only
Bags must not be overfilled
Bags must be returned each cycle
Prohibited Items:
Sharp objects
Batteries, lighters, vapes
Chemicals or flammable liquids
Pet waste, nappies, sanitary items
Bag Fees:
Extra, lost or unreturned bag: $12
