Book your pickup via WhatsApp for the fastest response and priority service


Phone and email enquiries are also available


We confirm your pickup time, selected services, and delivery type before processing

CLEANING | PROCESSING


Clothes are weighed for wash–dry–fold


Items are counted for ironing and sneakers


Doonas and blankets are sized


Any questions are confirmed before processing

Delivery | Payment



Standard Delivery (Pay on Delivery)


How it works:


Standard delivery is scheduled in advance so we can plan our routes efficiently


Bookings must be made the day before delivery


Laundry is picked up at the agreed time


Laundry is delivered the following day within a 2-hour delivery window


Customers must select a 2-hour time window when someone will be home to receive the delivery



Important notes:


If laundry is picked up late in the afternoon, delivery will occur the next day, not the same day


You will receive a message before delivery confirming your delivery window


Someone must be home to receive the order


Payment is collected on delivery (card or cash)




Contactless Delivery (Pay Before Delivery)


How it works:


You advise where your laundry will be left for pickup


Laundry is collected and professionally processed


After processing, we send an invoice and secure payment link via WhatsApp or SMS


Payment is required before delivery


Once payment is confirmed, we send your delivery ETA


Laundry is delivered and left in the agreed safe location



Important notes:


By choosing contactless delivery, you accept responsibility for items once delivered


Washaholics is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery



Same-Day (Express) Delivery


Available with both Standard and Contactless payment options.


Must be booked before 12:00pm


$10 express surcharge


Delivered before 10:00pm


Subject to availability




Delivery Presentation


Ironed items are hung neatly in protective garment covers


Folded items are packed inside our clean Washaholics laundry bags


Pickup Guidelines



To ensure smooth and timely pickups, please follow the guidelines below.


Houses, Townhouses, Duplexes & Granny Flats


Please leave your laundry in a safe, sheltered, and easily accessible location, such as a porch or carport, at the agreed pickup time.


Apartments & Units


For apartment and unit buildings, customers are asked to meet our driver at the main building entrance.



For safety and efficiency, Washaholics does not enter buildings, hallways, or use lifts.

Laundry Bags Included



Each new customer receives, at no charge:


1 × Black Mesh Laundry Bag

1 × White Canvas Delivery Bag


These bags help keep your laundry clean, organised, and protected during pickup and delivery.


How to Use the Bags


Black Mesh Bag is is for dirty laundry only


White Canvas bag is for clean laundry only


Please do not overfill bags


Bags must be returned each cycle



Prohibited Items


For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not place the following items in laundry bags:



Sharp objects


Batteries, lighters, or vapes


Chemicals or flammable liquids


Pet waste, nappies, or sanitary items



Additional Bags


Additional, lost, or unreturned laundry bags are $12 per bag.


This helps us keep bags clean and in circulation for all customers.
